Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Arrival Window While we strive to arrive on time, arrival windows may vary slightly due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances. Access to Property Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Lockout or no-entry situations may result in additional fees. Condition of Home Homes requiring excessive cleaning, heavy buildup, clutter, pet waste, or unsafe conditions may require adjusted pricing. Safety For safety reasons, aggressive pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment. Satisfaction Guarantee If there is an issue with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can reasonably address the concern.
